ORDERING + PAYMENT
All wholesale orders must be placed through Tatine’s online wholesale ordering portal. This allows us to maintain accurate, real-time inventory levels and ensure consistency and fairness across all retail partners.
All orders must be paid in full at checkout using one of the available payment options provided. This pay-as-you-go system offers a streamlined, one-step ordering experience.
New wholesale customers must meet a $500 order minimum. Returning wholesale customers must meet a $275 order minimum.
Tatine does not accept ACH payments, checks, net terms, or outside shipping account numbers. As all Tatine products are bespoke and handcrafted, all wholesale orders are final once submitted.
ORDER REVIEW & FINALITY
Please review your cart carefully before submitting payment. Once an order is placed and paid, it moves directly into the fulfillment queue and we are unable to make changes, additions, substitutions or subtractions. Any forgotten items will require a minimum reorder.
WHOLESALE TERMS
All orders must be placed through Tatine’s online wholesale portal.
Products must be ordered in full case pack quantities. Split cases are not permitted. Testers are limited to one (1) per fragrance per order and may not be purchased without a corresponding case pack. Tester size must match the candle size being ordered (for example, an 8 oz case pack requires an 8 oz tester).
Retailers are responsible for reviewing orders carefully prior to submission, including confirming that all desired products and testers have been added. Once an order is placed, paid, and confirmed, no changes may be made. If an item is omitted, a new order meeting the minimum reorder requirement must be placed.
LEAD TIME
Orders typically ship within approximately three (3) to four (4) business days from the date payment is received and the order is confirmed. During peak holiday periods, please allow 7–10 business days for your order to ship from the payment date.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
All wholesale orders are shipped via UPS Ground from Tatine’s Chicago warehouse using Tatine’s negotiated shipping rates. Outside shipping account numbers are not accepted.
Retailers are responsible for entering accurate billing and shipping information at checkout. Tatine is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or outdated address information.
Tracking information is provided once the order departs our warehouse. Please allow twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours for tracking updates to appear after notification is received.

Photographic documentation is required for all damage claims.
Tatine does not ship during periods of extreme heat or cold, as temperature exposure may compromise handcrafted products. If shipment is delayed due to weather conditions, notification will be provided via email.
International shipping outside of the United States and Canada is available upon request. International accounts are accepted. All customs duties, taxes, and value-added taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Tatine is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international transit.
RETURN POLICY
All Tatine products are handcrafted. Variations in glass, finish, or appearance are inherent to the handmade process and do not constitute defects. Some vessels are mouth-blown and may exhibit unique characteristics.
All wholesale sales are final. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted based on fragrance preference. Hand care items are not eligible for exchange for sanitary reasons.
Claims for shortages or damages must be submitted within three (3) business days of receipt and must include supporting photographic documentation. Upon review, Tatine may, at its discretion, replace the affected items or issue a refund or credit memo. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders canceled after packing but prior to shipment are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders that have been picked, packed, shipped, and are en route—if refused or returned—will incur a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee, in addition to all shipping costs incurred both to and from the recipient.
WHOLESALE TERRITORY
Tatine aims to protect territory up to one (1) mile between eligible retail accounts, at our discretion. Account approval is based on territory availability, brand alignment, and overall fit.
To qualify for territory consideration, accounts must meet a minimum annual purchase volume of $3,500 within a calendar year, where applicable.
As a small, woman-owned brand operating within a shifting retail landscape, Tatine continues to thoughtfully expand its retail presence. Many of our partners successfully share the collection without impact to performance, allowing for sustainable brand growth while supporting our broader retail community.
E-COMMERCE POLICIES
Tatine products may be sold on a retailer’s own brick-and-mortar store website or proprietary e-commerce platform. Sale through third-party marketplaces including, but not limited to, Amazon, Etsy, or eBay is strictly prohibited.
Approved product imagery is available through Tatine’s Press Kit. Access is available to logged in wholesale accounts. All product imagery on Tatine’s website is created exclusively for the Tatine brand and may not be used on retailer websites. We kindly ask partners to use approved Press Kit imagery or original photography when featuring our products.
DROP SHIPPING
Tatine does not offer drop-shipping services or direct-to-consumer fulfillment on behalf of retail partners. All wholesale orders must ship to the retailer, meeting minimum order requirements.
TRADE PRICING
As of 2026, Tatine no longer offers trade pricing or accepts trade accounts. Our wholesale pricing and product offerings are reserved exclusively for approved retail partners.
PRODUCT PHILOSOPHY + INGREDIENTS
Tatine collaborates with global artisans to create timeless vessels for our bespoke fragrances, including hand-forged brass and mouth-blown glassware. Candle vessels are produced in compliant facilities and designed for a second life as drink-safe glassware or keepsake objects.
Fragrance is inherently alive, and gentle variations may occur between batches as part of the beauty of handcrafted production and high quality aroma accords. While we work carefully to maintain consistency, these nuances reflect the natural materials we use, and any meaningful changes would always be communicated.
We prioritize recycled and FSC-certified paper stocks throughout our packaging and shipping materials. Our apothecary products are formulated without sulfates or parabens and undergo microbial testing to ensure purity. Plastic is intentionally avoided in favor of glass packaging with minimal excess materials.
CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT
Tatine is not a private-label manufacturer. We are a design studio dedicated to fragrance and packaging development exclusively for the Tatine brand. At this time, we are not accepting outside product development projects, as our focus remains on the continued growth and evolution of our own collections.
