A Simpler, Faster Way to Place Your Orders
We’re excited to share an important update to the Tatine Wholesale ordering experience. Our wholesale website has been upgraded to a more streamlined, reliable checkout—making it easier than ever for you to place and pay for your orders online.
This guide walks you through what’s changing and how to use the new system.
Everything is designed to save you time and ensure you receive the products you want without delay.
What's Changing (And Why It's Good News!)
1. You will now pay at checkout — just like any other online store.
Instead of placing an order and receiving an invoice later, you’ll complete payment at checkout for both product and shipping.
- Faster
- No separate invoices
- No follow-up payments
- Everything handled in one step
2. Your inventory is guaranteed once you pay.
This is the most important benefit of the new checkout.
Previously, you could place an order but inventory wasn’t held until your invoice was paid—meaning items could sell out in the meantime.
Now, when you check out and pay, those products are immediately reserved for you. No more surprises. No more missing out on items you planned to stock.
3. Each store will have its own login (no more universal password).
To keep your account secure and personalized, each wholesale store will use one store email to access the wholesale portal.
You’ll log in using a simple passwordless process (details below).
Safer, easier to manage, and no more forgotten passwords or resets.
How to Log In to the New Wholesale Website
Each wholesale account must choose one email address to use for logging in. Use the email address that you have been using to place Tatine orders previously.
Step 1 — Go to wholesale.tatinecandles.com
Click on the account icon in the top righthand corner of the page. You will then see the login screen.
Step 2 — Enter Your Store Email
Type in your chosen email address and click “Continue.”
Step 3 — Check Your Email for a Login Code
You’ll receive an email containing a one-time, 6-digit code.
Step 4 — Copy + Paste the Code Into the Login Screen
This will immediately log you in—no password needed. The below code is an example, you will receive your own unique code.
Step 5 — That’s It!
You’ll repeat this process each time you log in. A new login code will be sent to your email each time for security.
Shopping the New Wholesale Store
Once you’re logged in, the experience will feel like a typical online shopping website:
- Browse products
- Add items to your cart
- Check out and pay
- Everything happens in one smooth flow.

Order Minimums
The order minimums remain the same for new and returning wholesale customers.
$500 opening order
$275 for reorders
Tester Candles
Don’t forget to add your tester candles! Limit 1 tester candle per corresponding case pack (same scent and size).
You can add testers:
Directly from the product page as you previously did or from the cart using the “Add a tester to cart” prompts
Shipping Charges
Shipping will now be:
- Calculated at checkout
- Paid at the same time as your order
- No separate shipping invoices sent later
This ensures everything is processed together without delays.
